This 12 week program is tailored to guide you through the process of setting up your academy to equip you with an in-depth understanding needed to educate others on the treatments certified to perform.

What will I learn?
I have developed a program to assist you in establishing your training academy journey. Throughout, you will progress through six phases.

Completing Your AET Ofqual Approved Level 3 Teaching Qualification
Obtain the Level 3 AET teaching qualification and elevate your teaching skills to new heights. Learn the art of effective communication, engaging lesson planning, and classroom management strategies tailored specifically for the dynamic hair and beauty industry. This is a self-study course. This qualification can be achieved in a matter of weeks. The guided learning hours for this qualification are 48-61. You will have 6 months from the date you enrol on your AET training materials to complete it in. In addition to completing the written assessments, you are also required to deliver a micro-teach session which we have examples to support you

There are 3 units within this course as follows:
Understanding roles, responsibilities and relationships in education & training.
Understanding & using inclusive teaching & learning approaches in education & training.
Understanding assessment in education and training.

As you begin this new journey as a trainer, consider whether this is an appropriate time for a rebrand. If it's not a complete rebrand, perhaps it could be beneficial to introduce a separate business module alongside your existing one. As a part of the accreditation process, the accreditation company will carefully review all the learning materials that are provided to students. This allows them to assess the quality of the training and confirm that the course content is effective in enabling learners to deliver safe and competent treatments to the public. I have carefully designed this program to assist you in completing your Level 3 Education and Training, as well as to provide a roadmap for post-completion.
When I completed my Level 3, I encountered uncertainty and had to navigate my own path by dedicating weeks to research in order to ensure compliance with educational standards and guidelines.
